Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN Licensure in Florida; BLS and CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operative and pre-procedure patient check-ins to review instructions and address concerns.
• Perform post-operative follow-ups to monitor recovery and adherence to care plan.
• Coordinate home healthcare services (nursing visits, PT, durable medical equipment).
• Document interactions and care coordination in the EMR system.
• Facilitate timely scheduling of appointments, diagnostics, and procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
