Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL seeks an experienced registered nurse to join our team, delivering comprehensive patient care across units from pre-op to post-op and participating in interdisciplinary care planning. You will assess patients, implement and document care, and educate families as part of a coordinated care approach.

The ideal candidate holds Florida RN licensure with BLS/ACLS; BSN is preferred and CPAN certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Licensure in the State of Florida. BLS and ACLS required. CPAN preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Experience: Level III RN. Min 2 years in area of specialty preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications per physician orders with accuracy and safety.
• Document patient status and care interventions according to hospital policy.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort, monitor vitals, and respond to emergencies.
