Qualifications

• ASN required.
• RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• BLS (AHA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients on the 4S Orthopedic Trauma Unit.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for patient care.
• Prioritize and manage post-operative nursing care.
• Maintain safety and documentation per unit policies.
