Indiana University Health Methodist's Orthopedic Trauma Unit 4S is a specialized 29-bed surgical unit. The RN role offers a $30,000 sign-on bonus for new hires through 9/30/2026 and a day shift full-time schedule.

We seek experienced nurses licensed in Indiana or via NLC, with ASN or BSN, prepared to deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with a diverse team, and support ongoing professional growth within IU Health.

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• RN license in Indiana or NLC active.
• BLS certification required; other ALS may be required per unit policies.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on Orthopedic Trauma Unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for complex cases.
• Prioritize and manage multiple patients with varying diagnoses.
