Beacon Health System in South Bend, IN is hiring a part-time Night Shift Registered Nurse for the Ortho/Neuro Trauma Department at Memorial Hospital. You’ll provide professional nursing care, assess needs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

You will perform high-risk procedures, develop individualized care plans, and document outcomes while supporting staff development in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license in Indiana.
• Within 5 years of employment as an RN, obtain a BSN or certification in your area of specialty

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services in Ortho/Neuro Trauma unit and collaborate with the care team.
• Safely perform high-risk, high-frequency procedures in accordance with standards.
• Develop, revise, and evaluate individualized care plans aligned with patient goals.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes per guidelines.
• Support professional development of peers through mentoring and precepting
