Qualifications

• RN license required in the state of practice.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process across all care stages.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and report changes promptly to the care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Develop and update individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR/Code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and discharge plans.
• Maintain infection control practices and accurately document care.
