Qualifications

• RN licensure in state or compact required.
• 0–2 years of clinical nursing in acute care setting preferred.
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Document care thoroughly in medical records.
• Respond to emergencies (CPR/code) and participate in life-saving interventions.
• Promote infection control and patient safety.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and discharge plans.
