Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN program.
• Current North Carolina RN licensure.
• BLS certification.
• All DUHS Nurse Residency program requirements to be completed within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per medical and nursing plans of care and policies.
• Deliver care to patients and families across the care continuum.
• Document assessments, plans of care, interventions and evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support performance improvement and maintain essential competencies.
