Job summary
Duke Regional Hospital in Durham, North Carolina, is hiring an RN for the Ortho/Neuro unit (40 beds). This fast-paced team provides orthopedic and neuroscience care with enhanced recovery protocols to promote quick returns home.
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will deliver professional nursing care, document plans, and support patients and families through the care journey. BSN degree, NC RN license, and BLS are required. Nurse residency is provided after hire.
Qualifications
- Must have current or compact RN licensure in North Carolina.
- BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
- Plan and provide professional nursing care per the medical and nursing plans of care.
- Document assessments, plan of care, interventions, and patient status.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure timely, high-quality patient care.
