Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License (MLS)
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current BLS Certification required
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP as required by facility/department
• Certification in specialty area preferred
• One year of experience in acute care setting preferred

Aufgaben

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating continuously
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies/procedures/protocols
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and health care team
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse patient backgrounds
