Center For Oral & Facial Surgery seeks a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced, high-volume dental/oral surgery team. You will support IV and surgical tasks, document patient records, provide pre- and post-operative care, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with BLS, and ACLS/PALS certifications within a specified period. Prior medical/dental experience and strong communication skills are valued.

Formación

• Must be a licensed RN with BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within a set period after hire.
• Experience in a medical or dental environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed.
• Proven growth and improvement in prior roles.

Responsabilidades

• IV and Surgical Assistance: Start IVs, assist during surgeries, seat patients, and take vitals.
• Patient Documentation: Complete consent forms and treatment plans, maintain records.
• Pre- and Post-Operative Care: Provide instructions and obtain medical clearances.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain lab standards and OSHA/TDH guidelines.
• Radiographic Imaging: Produce radiographs with proper exposure and positioning.
• Equipment Maintenance: Prepare and maintain clinical equipment and instruments.
• Interpersonal Relations: Maintain rapport with patients, doctors, and staff.
• Confidentiality and Professionalism: Protect patient data and discuss sensitive info privately.
• Patient Experience: Ensure excellent patient experience and address concerns.
