Job summary

HonorHealth's Sonoran Crossing Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ is hiring an RN for the OR Main unit for evening shifts (12:00–8:30 p.m.). This role requires operating room experience and a BSN with AZ RN licensure. A $20k sign-on bonus is available and shifts are Mon-Fri, 5-8 hours.

The RN will supervise, assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care, partnering with physicians to implement the medical plan of care while ensuring safety and quality in a high-stakes surgical environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years RN experience required in an OR setting.
• 3 years RN experience preferred.
• BSN degree and AZ RN licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate patient care in the OR main unit.
• Provide direct patient care during shifts 12:00–8:30 p.m.
• Educate staff and participate in policy updates.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement medical plan.
