Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking an RN Operating Room Manager in Evergreen Park, IL. This hands-on leadership role oversees a busy surgical services department, driving patient safety, team performance, and efficient operations with a focus on robotic and hybrid OR technology.

Shift: 8-Hour Days, starts as early as 6:30 AM. Pay ranges from $66.23 to $77.91 per hour, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus upon 2-year commitment and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• Experience in hospital or ambulatory surgery center.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily OR operations, staffing, and surgical workflow.
• Ensure safe, high-quality perioperative patient care.
• Lead, coach, and develop surgical nursing and support teams.
• Partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and leadership to optimize patient flow.
• Drive quality, safety, compliance, and operational improvement.
• Oversee department resources, equipment, and performance.
