New Hope Manor in Austin, TX is seeking a compassionate RN or LVN to join our team on a part-time basis. Provide individualized nursing care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ needs in a warm, welcoming environment.

PART TIME DAY SHIFT 6am-2pm

New Hope Manor, a respected long-term care facility in Austin, TX, is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN or LVN Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. • Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure prompt attention and treatment
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
• Exhibit excellent hospitality skills, promoting a positive and respectful environment
• Possess basic computer skills to access and maintain electronic medical records

Requirements:

• Current license in good standing with the State of Texas (or other compact state)
