Job summary

New Hope Manor in Austin, TX is seeking a compassionate RN or LVN to join our team on a part-time basis, working the day shift from 6am to 2pm. You will provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support our residents' well-being.

The ideal candidate holds an active Texas license (RN or LVN), demonstrates strong hospitality and communication skills, and is comfortable using electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license or LVN license in good standing.
• Passing a criminal background check.
• Associate degree in nursing (RN) or diploma in vocational nursing (LVN).
• Excellent hospitality and ability to work with residents, families, and staff.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure prompt attention and treatment
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
• Exhibit excellent hospitality skills, promoting a positive and respectful environment
• Possess basic computer skills to access and maintain electronic medical records
