Job summary

New Hope Manor in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time night shift from 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM. This role provides skilled nursing care, assessments, and care plan development for residents in a warm, patient-focused environment.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and uphold high standards of hospitality and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing with the State of Texas (or other compact state)
• Passing a criminal background check
• Excellent hospitality skills and ability to work effectively with residents, families, and fellow staff members
• Basic computer skills
• Associate's degree in nursing (RN) or diploma in vocational nursing (LVN)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure prompt attention and treatment
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
