Job summary

New Hope Manor in Austin, TX, is seeking a compassionate RN or LVN for a part-time night shift (9:45 PM–6:15 AM). You will provide skilled nursing care, develop individualized plans with the team, monitor residents, and maintain accurate records in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications include Texas license (or compact state), ability to pass background checks, strong hospitality skills, and basic computer proficiency. An associate degree/diploma in nursing is required.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing with the State of Texas (or other compact state).
• Criminal background check clearance.
• Excellent hospitality skills and ability to work with residents, families, and staff.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition for prompt treatment.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and services.
• Exhibit hospitality, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
• Possess basic computer skills to access electronic medical records.
