New Hope Manor is seeking a compassionate RN or LVN to join our team for a full-time night shift in Austin, TX. You will provide individualized nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help maintain a warm and respectful environment for residents.

Qualified candidates hold an active Texas license (RN or LVN) in good standing, possess basic computer skills, and can work effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Criminal background check required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure prompt attention and treatment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services.
• Exhibit hospitable and professional demeanor toward residents and families.
• Access and maintain electronic medical records.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members

• Exhibit excellent hospitality skills, promoting a positive and respectful environment

Requirements:

• Current license in good standing with the State of Texas (or other compact state)
