Job summary

New Hope Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Cedar Park, Texas is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team as Charge Nurse on the day shift, 6am-2pm.

You will oversee the nursing department, provide direct resident care, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians, therapists, and staff to ensure residents receive timely, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved school of vocational or professional nursing.
• Current Texas license as RN or LVN.
• 0 years of nursing experience required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team to deliver high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including meds, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate daily activities.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records of care, treatments, and outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance care quality.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at New Hope Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Cedar Park, Texas. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants to ensure that all residents receive necessary care and attention
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and other caregivers, to ensure that all residents receive comprehensive, coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including assessments, treatments, and outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement activities to continuously improve the quality of care provided
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to patient confidentiality and rights

Requirements:

• Graduate of a state-approved school of vocational or professional nursing
• Current state license as a registered nurse or licensed vocational nurse
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a nursing setting
• Ability to work effectively and harmoniously in a group to deliver high-quality care to residents and their families
