NHC HealthCare North Augusta in North Augusta, SC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) to join our team as Unit Manager in a full-time role. You will supervise LPNs and other nursing staff, coordinate patient assessments, and develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, while maintaining open communication with patients and families.

SC licensure is required; LPN with management experience considered.

Qualifications

Compensation:

Negotiable with experience

$33.00-$36.00 LPN

$39.00-$45.00 RN

LPN or RN Unit Manager Position Highlights:

• Working with the interdisciplinary care team, to assure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized plans of care.
• Maintains open and ongoing communication with patients and families, providing opportunity and encouragement to participate in decision making.
• Supervise LPNs and other nursing partners as assigned.
