Job summary

NHC HealthCare North Augusta is seeking an LPN or RN Unit Manager to lead the interdisciplinary care team and develop individualized care plans for geriatric patients. The role emphasizes open communication with patients and families and supervising nursing staff to ensure high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• SC RN license preferred; LPN considered with leadership experience.

Negotiable with experience

• $32.00-$36.00 LPN
• $39.00-$44.00 RN

LPN Or RN Unit Manager Position Highlights

• Working with the interdisciplinary care team, to assure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized plans of care.
• Maintains open and ongoing communication with patients and families, providing opportunity and encouragement to participate in decision making.
