Job summary
NHC HealthCare North Augusta is seeking an experienced LPN or RN Unit Manager for a full-time role in North Augusta, SC. You will lead the interdisciplinary care team, assess patients, and develop individualized care plans while ensuring families are engaged in care decisions.

Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Carolina or an LPN with leadership experience.
- Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to develop and revise individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
Responsibilities
- Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and care plans.
- Maintain open communication with patients and families, encouraging participation in decisions.
- Supervise LPNs and other nursing partners as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
