Job summary

NHC HealthCare North Augusta is seeking an experienced LPN or RN Unit Manager for a full-time role in North Augusta, SC. You will lead the interdisciplinary care team, assess patients, and develop individualized care plans while ensuring families are engaged in care decisions.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Carolina or an LPN with leadership experience.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to develop and revise individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and care plans.
• Maintain open communication with patients and families, encouraging participation in decisions.
• Supervise LPNs and other nursing partners as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Negotiable with experience

$39.00-$44.00 RN
