Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN to supervise 3rd shift in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Tennessee. The ideal candidate holds TN RN or LPN license and can evaluate and treat residents independently, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

You will supervise CNAs, perform vital signs, administer medications, including IVs as appropriate, and deliver family education to support the geriatric population while maintaining compliance with state guidelines and

Looking for a talented and motivated (RN)/(LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility.
