Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for our Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care units. The RN must hold an active TN license and be able to assess and treat residents independently, with a focus on geriatric care.

Daily pay option is available. The role includes medication administration (including IVs), vitals, resident care with outcomes tracking, and ongoing education for residents and families, along with collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Current TN RN license.
• Experience in geriatric or SNF setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for SNF and Long Term Care residents.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
