Essentia Health in Fosston, Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for duties at Essentia Living Center, our long-term care facility. The RN/LPN works 12-hour shifts, averaging 30 hours per week, with every third weekend and a holiday rotation.

RN ($37.10-$55.65 based on experience):

Responsible for organizing and providing care to residents through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

LPN ($25.22-$37.83 based on experience):

A care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of primarily elderly patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members. Works both cooperatively and independently, to work efficiently under stress.
