Essentia Health in Fosston, Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for duties at Essentia Living Center, our long-term care facility. The RN/LPN works 12-hour shifts, averaging 30 hours per week, with every third weekend and a holiday rotation.

Shift times are 6:00am–6:30pm. Responsibilities include organizing and providing care through the nursing process, with delegation to other staff as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN licensure in appropriate state(s) of employment.
• BCLS certification within 1 month.
• Education as required for licensure.

Responsibilities
