Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Six months of long-term care experience preferred.
• HIPAA knowledge and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality patient care to residents.
• Document care and observations promptly in the clinical record.
• Communicate with residents' physicians.
• Complete nursing documentation (assessments, orders, progress notes, etc.).
• Administer medications and ensure safety and accuracy.
• Participate in emergency measures and CPR as needed.
• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.
