Snohomish Health and Rehabilitation is hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to join a dedicated team in Snohomish, WA. The role offers a patient-centered environment with a focus on compassionate care, medication administration, and active involvement in care planning.

Positions include Full-time, Part-time, and PRN with benefits such as health coverage and PTO. Successful candidates will have an LPN license in Washington and CPR certification, plus prior long-term care

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
• Current valid LPN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to residents.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed.
• Assist new admissions with welcome and orientation to Snohomish Health and Rehab.
• Maintain nursing documentation and ensure accurate health plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care.

Requirements

Education
