Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
• Current valid LPN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality of patient care to our residents.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed.
• Assist new admissions with feeling welcome to Snohomish Health and Rehab.
• Complete nursing documentation and coordinate care with the team.

Requirements

Education

Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
