Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for clinic patients of all ages.
• Assist medical team and providers as needed.
• Administer medications, immunizations and treatments per standards.
• Prepare equipment and assist provider during treatments and tests.
• Document patient data in EPIC accurately.
• Educate patients and families on medications and care instructions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality according to HIPAA.
