Job description

RN or LPN - SNF

Seymour, WI (15–20 minutes from Green Bay and Appleton)

Current Openings & Pay Range

DAY SHIFT (6:00AM - 2:00PM)

• RN OPENING: 64 hours per 2-week pay period (includes every other weekend and holiday)
  • Pay: $40.00 – $41.75 per hour based on experience

PM SHIFT (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

• RN/LPN OPENING: 64 hours per 2-week pay period (includes every other weekend and holiday)
  • LPN: $31.50 - $33.00 per hour based on experience (Including $2.00 PM Shift Differential)
  • RN: $42.00 – $43.75 per hour based on experience (Including $2.00 PM Shift Differential)
• RN/LPN OPENING: 32 hours per 2-week pay period (includes every other weekend and holiday)
  • LPN: $31.50 - $33.00 per hour based on experience (Including $2.00 PM Shift Differential)
  • RN: $42.00 – $43.75 per hour based on experience (Including $2.00 PM Shift Differential)
