Job summary

Good Shepherd Home in Seymour, WI is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide hands-on care and support residents with daily living activities. You will assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, and mobility, while observing residents and reporting changes to the nurse.

Positions available: Full Time Days and PM, pay range $22.00–$25.50 per hour with shift differentials; includes every other weekend/holiday.

Qualifications

• Must be listed on the Wisconsin CNA Registry.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, bathing and feeding.
• Support toileting, mobility, transfers and ROM exercises.
• Observe changes in resident condition and report to supervising nurse.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in delegated tasks.

Seymour, WI (15–20 minutes from Green Bay and Appleton)

Current Openings: Full Time Days and PM positions available.

Pay Range (Including Shift Differentials)

Day Shift: $22:00 - $23.50 per hour (based on experience) 6:00AM - 2:00PM

PM Shift: $24.00 – $25.50 per hour (based on experience) 2:00PM - 10:00PM

Includes every other weekend and holiday

Job Summary

The CNA provides hands-on care to residents, supporting their health, comfort, and daily living needs. Responsibilities include assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, colostomy care, transferring, walking, prosthetic appliances, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises. The CNA observes and reports changes in resident condition, maintains accurate records, and supports the supervising nurse with delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and collecting specimens.
