Baptist Health is seeking an ER Regional Float Team RN to join our full-time mid-shift nursing team. The RN will apply the nursing process, coordinate direct and indirect care, and ensure care aligns with policy and patient needs across the emergency department.
Minimum requirements include an active Kentucky RN license, BCLS, ACLS & PALS, and ER experience of 2 years. BSN or Nursing Certification is required unless grandfathered. TNCC preferred; NIHSS required.
ER Regional Float Team RN - Full-Time Mid-Shift Job Summary: A registered nurse implements the nursing process for each patient/resident (infancy to geriatrics depending on scope of care in the nursing department in which he/she works) assigned to his/her care. He/she is responsible for the co-ordination of direct and indirect care within the parameters of the Kentucky Nurse Practice Act and the policies and procedures of Baptist Health emergency departments. Responsibilities will commensurate with the education preparation and demonstrated competencies.
