Job summary

Marietta Eye Surgery of Johns Creek is seeking a Registered Nurse OR Circulator/Pre/PACU for a full-time role in Johns Creek, GA. The RN will oversee patient safety in the preoperative phase and assist with supervising staff, ensuring aseptic conditions and smooth workflow in the OR.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with the surgical team, maintaining supplies for preop/PACU, administering medications per protocols, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred.
• Minimum 1 year preoperative or acute care experience encouraged.
• Proficiency in sterile techniques and operating room procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with the surgical team.
• Maintain supplies/equipment for preop, PACU, and emergencies.
• Explain procedures and provide reassurance to patients.
• Assess pain and implement relief measures as ordered.
• Complete OR documentation per policy.
• Proficient use of OR equipment and instrumentation.
