USPI St Joesphs Outpatient Surgery Center in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a RN OR Circulator to join a fast-paced ASC team. You will provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room, collaborate with surgeons and staff, and uphold patient safety and quality standards.

The role includes planning and implementing patient care, administering medications, documenting care, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Currently licensed RN in Arizona.
• CPR and ACLS certification required.
• One year intra-operative nursing experience.
• Demonstrates leadership and teaching capabilities.
• Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients at intervals and develop perioperative care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Protect the patient from injury and ensure correct site and procedure.
• Document nursing care and communicate status across care teams.
• Delegate tasks per state Nurse Practice Act and job descriptions.
• Participate in quality improvement and performance review.
