Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients at intervals as stated in policies and procedures.
• Develop an individualized perioperative plan of care.
• Implement the plan of care and protect patient from injury.
• Communicate patient status to physicians, patients, and team members.
