Job summary

Sinai Hospital's Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) PACU unit seeks an experienced RN to provide safe, age-appropriate perioperative care for pediatric and adult patients. You will advise families, collaborate with anesthesiology and surgical teams, and support discharge planning in a high-quality ASC environment.

Two years of OR nursing required; ophthalmology experience preferred. Maryland RN license (MBON) or compact licensure, plus BLS & ACLS are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2 years RN OR experience required; Ophthalmology experience preferred.
• Maryland MBON RN license or Compact State licensure.
• American Heart Association BLS & ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, age-appropriate patient care in the OR ASC.
• Function as advisor and resource for patients and families.
• Support discharge planning and transition to home or inpatient care.
