Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room to cover a 13-week contract in West Palm Beach. The role requires circulating OR experience, orthopedic, general, and vascular surgery exposure, and a current RN license. ACLS/BLS certifications are required.

Typical shifts are 06:30–17:00, with 40 hours per week; on-call rotation is included. This contractor replacement role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced OR setting with modern equipment support.

Description:Unit information includes 7 beds and a staff of 2 full-time RNs, 1 part-time RN, 1 PRN RN, 4 full-time scrub techs, and 3 full-time orderlies.

Day shift consists of 3 RNs, supplemented with PRN and part-time staff.

Night shift operates on call only.

Patient ratio is 1 RN and 1 OR Tech per room.

Required equipment includes Mako for orthopedic cases, and documentation is completed using Meditech.

Call requirements involve 1 week of call rotation with other nurses.

Typical procedures performed include total joints, shoulder and knee scopes, fractures, podiatry, general surgery (laparoscopic and open), AV fistula creation, and hands.

Candidates must easily adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork.

Independent functioning is essential, and initiative is expected, including anticipating the next case or need.

Dress code consists of navy blue scrubs provided by the facility.
