Job summary

Description: Start date is flexible. Orientation is scheduled every Monday. Weekend requirements will be discussed during the interview. Call responsibilities may vary and will be addressed in the interview. No floating requirement is expected. The unit has 4 operating rooms. Patient-to-nurse ratios are typically 1:1. The types of cases include General, Orthopedic, Neurological, OB-GYN, and ENT. Blue scrubs will be provided. A 24/7 pharmacy is available on-site. All candidates should have clean files and certifications readily available for review. Candidates will be interviewed promptly to ensure a smooth hiring process. Extensions for contracts are typically approved, with response times of 3-4 weeks for the best results. Workforce meetings are held weekly to address staffing needs. The charting system used is Allscripts. This position is in an acute care setting. The trauma level is 3.
