Cynet Health is seeking a seasoned RN with Operating Room experience for a 13-week travel assignment in Topeka, Kansas. The role involves both pre-operative and post-operative care and exposure to a wide range of surgical cases, including trauma and neurosurgery.

Must hold current RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications and be comfortable operating independently as on-call shifts and night calls are possible. Epic EMR familiarity is required.

Must be a seasoned traveler.No first-time travelers will be considered.Traveler must be confident handling emergency neurosurgery independently.

Description:RNs will be involved in a wide range of surgical cases, from routine to urgent and trauma procedures.Responsibilities will include both pre-operative and post-operative care.On-call schedule could include:

• Up to two 7-11 shifts per month
• Two 7 PM to 7 AM shifts per month
• Two 7 AM to 7 AM weekend calls per monthHoliday call is typically one working shift and one call per year, usually consisting of 8 hours.The facility sees a lot of craniotomies and broken backs.Familiarity with Epic EMR is required.
