Additional details: Flexibility in scrub colors, on-call responsibilities with response within 30 minutes, and participation in holiday rotation. The assignment includes weekend on-call but no holiday work required. Travelers should have at least 5 years of OR experience, including robotic surgery and trauma level II experience, and be comfortable circulating as well as scrubbing in. Mandatory certifications include AHA BLS and ACLS, and WI RN license. The role involves managing a high volume of cases across 21 ORs, with an average of 45 cases daily, in a setting that values resilience, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
