Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

RADIUS RULE: 50 MILES FROM FACILITY
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Shift Requirement: 8-hour shifts - 0630-1500
Weekends: every 5th on call
Holidays: N/A
Float Requirements: Possible float to back up PACU or fill sitter needs throughout hospital if low census in OR
Must be willing to float to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover and Divine Savior
On Call/Call Back Requirements: once per week, every 5th weekend. Response time: 20 minutes preferred, not to exceed 30

Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in an OR
Charting Experience Required: EPIC experience preferred
Required Skillset: OR RN and willingness to scrub in to assist if needed
Required Certifications: WI or compact RN License, AHA or ARC BLS. AHA or ARC ACLS preferred.
Required Education: ADN or BSN
Unit Information: 5 ORs, 1 Procedure Room - Specialties include- OB/GYN, General, Ortho, Spine, ENT, Podiatry, Pain
