Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Operating Room to join a high-volume unit. The RN will participate in perioperative care across Orthopedics, Robotics, Bariatrics, Neuro, and general surgeries, with robotic systems and advanced instruments supporting procedures.

The role requires a current RN license, BLS, and至少 2 years inpatient OR experience; CNOR preferred. Shift is day, 10 hours per shift, 13-week assignment with a focus on patient experience.

Qualifications

• Inpatient OR experience required.
• Neuro surgery experience strongly preferred.
• Maintain active RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the operating room setting.

Description:Shift starts at 6:45 am.Unit has 13 operating rooms.Patient ratios are not applicable.Type of equipment includes advanced surgical instruments.Documentation system is Meditech.No floating policy in effect.Must have a strong focus on patient experience.Unit performs a variety of procedures including Orthopedics, Robotics, Bariatrics, Neuro, and general surgeries.Candidates should be aware that scrubs are provided as the required uniform.This unit has a robust orthopedics program focusing on total knees and hips as well as complex revisions.There are three Xi robots available on the unit for various robotic surgeries.The robotics program covers colorectal, bariatric, general, gynecological, and genitourinary surgeries.Prospective candidates should consider the unit's advanced technology and the experienced team of staff when selecting this assignment.
