Description:The position primarily provides day-shift coverage.Flexibility to work day/evening variable shifts based on departmental needs is required.Shift options include:

• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

An evening shift is required once per week.Call requirements include 1-2 twelve-hour weekend shifts and weekday call as needed.One holiday call is also required.The facility serves various patient age groups, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.Daily census in the operating room may be around 30 patients.Nurses will work with interdisciplinary support teams, including physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.Experience with specific surgical procedures is preferred, including general OR practices and robotic surgeries.Candidates should be prepared for a variety of surgical interventions.Previous charge experience is preferred.Strong clinical skills and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
