Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our surgical team in Florida. You will provide high-quality patient care in the operating room, monitor patients, assist surgeons, and ensure sterile instrumentation throughout procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of OR experience, an active Florida RN license (or compact state), and current BLS. ACLS and CNOR are preferred. 4x10-hour day shift, with duties and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Job Description

As an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the operating room setting. You will work with a specialized surgical team, ensuring safety and efficacy throughout surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient vital signs during surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and ensure all surgical instruments and supplies are sterile and ready for use.
• Collaborate with surgical team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate and support patients and their families pre- and post-surgery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of operating room experience required.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license active in Florida or compact state required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and CNOR preferred.
