Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our surgical team in Florida. You will provide high-quality patient care in the operating room, monitor patients, assist surgeons, and ensure sterile instrumentation throughout procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of OR experience, an active Florida RN license (or compact state), and current BLS. ACLS and CNOR are preferred. 4x10-hour day shift, with duties and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of operating room experience
• Current RN license active in Florida or compact state
• BLS certification required; ACLS and CNOR preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and monitor vital signs during procedures
• Assist surgeons and ensure sterile instruments and supplies
• Collaborate with surgical team for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate and support patients and families pre- and post-surgery
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures
