Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Diploma in Nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Successful completion of NCLEX-RN.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience in your specialty at an acute care hospital.
• Current, active, unrestricted RN license in at least one US state, territory or commonwealth.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS certification if required by position.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.
• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care.
• Follow applicable clinical, regulatory, and patient-safety standards.
