Brown University Health is seeking an Operational Support RN, Non-Procedural to coordinate resources and support for assigned units. You will provide leadership to staff, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure compliant, patient-focused care across the shift.

The role requires a BSN (or higher) and current RN license, with BLS; 6 months of nursing experience (2 years preferred). The position is based at Newport Hospital with rotating night shifts and a 12-hour schedule.

Formación

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current RN license in applicable state(s) in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 6 months nursing experience; 2 years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support nursing care across the patient lifespan.
• Lead and mentor staff; communicate objectives and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff to manage patient flow.
