This role involves providing direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients per shift and at the unit level. The role also supervises staff to whom care is delegated. The incumbent supports the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, staff competency, and resource management related to patient care.
The ideal candidate will have effective interpersonal and communication skills and serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.
